Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from mewnook.co.uk. By placing an order you accept them. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable or a price is listed in error — and will refund you in full if we do.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor.

Products

Product photographs and descriptions are intended to show the item accurately. Colours and minor dimensions can vary between production batches. Our products are enrichment fittings for cats: they are not veterinary products and we make no health or behavioural guarantees.

Delivery and risk

Delivery timings are set out in our shipping policy and are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.
