UK delivery rates
£3.95 on orders under £30. Free on orders of £30 and over. We deliver to the United Kingdom only at the moment.
How long it actually takes
Our stock is held with our supplier rather than in a UK warehouse. That keeps our prices down, and it means delivery is slower than a shop with local stock. Being straight with you about the two legs:
- Dispatch: 1-3 working days for your order to be picked and handed to the carrier.
- Transit: the international leg, then 3-5 working days once your parcel is inside the UK carrier network.
- Total, order to doorstep: typically 10-18 working days. That is the number that matters, and it is the one we want you to see before you buy — not after.
Tracking
You will get a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch; that is normal on the international leg and does not mean the parcel is lost.
VAT and customs
UK VAT is collected at checkout on orders within the low-value import threshold, so you should not be asked for anything extra on delivery. If a carrier does ask you for an additional payment, do not pay it — contact us through our contact form first.
Delays
Customs processing and carrier volume occasionally push a parcel past the window above. If your order is significantly overdue, contact us with your order number and we will chase it.
