Your 14-day right to cancel
Under UK consumer law you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
How to start a return
Message us through our contact form with your order number and, if you want to tell us, the reason. We will confirm the return address and next steps. Please do not send anything back before you have that address.
Condition
Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. You may handle an item as you would in a shop; if an item is reduced in value through more handling than that, we may reflect it in the refund.
Refund timing
Once your returned item reaches us and has been checked, we refund to your original payment method within 14 days. We will refund the standard outbound delivery charge you paid; return postage is your cost unless the item was faulty or not as described.
Faulty or not as described
Contact us before returning it. If an item arrives faulty or does not match its description, you have rights beyond the standard cancellation window, and we will cover the return cost. Send a photo with your message if you can — it usually resolves things faster.
If your cat simply is not interested
That counts. Enrichment does not land with every cat and we are not going to argue the point — the 14-day cancellation right covers it.
