Shipping and delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom only.

Rates. £3.95 on orders under £30. Free on orders of £30 and over.

Timings. Our stock is held with our supplier rather than in a UK warehouse. Dispatch takes 1-3 working days; once a parcel is inside the UK carrier network it is tracked and typically arrives within 3-5 working days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 10-18 working days.

Tracking. A tracking link is emailed on dispatch. Tracking can take a few days to begin updating on the international leg.

VAT and customs. UK VAT is collected at checkout on orders within the low-value import threshold, so no further payment should be requested on delivery. If a carrier asks you for an extra payment, contact us before paying.

Delays. Customs processing or carrier volume can push a parcel past the window above. If your order is significantly overdue, contact us with your order number.
