We are a UK shop. Our stock ships from our supplier's warehouse, not from a UK stock location — see Shipping & Delivery for the honest timings.
How long does delivery take?
Typically 10-18 working days in total. The 3-5 working days you see on product pages is the UK carrier leg only, not the whole journey.
What does delivery cost?
£3.95, or free on orders of £30 and over.
Can I return an item if my cat ignores it?
Yes — the UK 14-day cancellation right covers it. See Returns & Refunds.
Do your products need batteries or power?
No. Every current Mewnook product is a passive fitting. Nothing to charge, nothing to break.
Screw or adhesive — which should I use?
Both come in the box for corner fittings. Screw is the permanent option; adhesive is for clean, flat surfaces and for anyone who would rather not drill. On fresh paint or wallpaper, test low down first.
Is catnip included in the Enrichment Kit?
No. The kit is the corner groomer and the cut-to-size scratch mat. Catnip is sold separately so you only pay for it if you want it.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment.
Is there a discount for buying more than one?
