Returns and refunds

14-day right to cancel. Under UK consumer law you may cancel most online orders within 14 days of receiving your item, without giving a reason, and you then have a further 14 days to return it.

Starting a return. Contact us through our contact form with your order number. We will confirm the return address before you post anything back.

Condition. Items should be unused and in their original packaging where possible. You may handle an item as you would in a shop; if its value is reduced by more handling than that, we may reflect this in the refund.

Refunds. Once a returned item reaches us and has been checked, we refund to the original payment method within 14 days. We refund the standard outbound delivery charge you paid. Return postage is your cost, unless the item was faulty or not as described.

Faulty or not as described. Contact us before returning it. In these cases we cover the return cost and your rights go beyond the standard cancellation window.
