What is in it

A small first scratcher for a bed or a corner.

A curved scratching board of thick corrugated cardboard in a cat-face shape, with a bell ball that sits in the honeycomb grid. Cats scratch it, climb on it and chase the ball. It weighs 335 g and is packaged at about 20 by 18 by 7 cm.

It fits beside a bed or in a corner. For a cat that already scratches the sofa, treat it as an extra and put a bigger scratcher or the Sofa Shield next to the sofa itself.

How it works

  1. 1
Put it where your cat already is

Next to their bed, not in a spare room.

  2. 2
    Use the ball

Sit the bell ball in the grid so it rattles when they paw at it.

  3. 3
    Move it

Change its position every few weeks.

Works best if

  • You want a small first scratcher
  • You have a kitten or a small cat
  • You want quick delivery

Skip it if

  • Your cat needs room to stretch full length
  • You do not want cardboard crumbs

Questions about this one

Can I take the bell out?

Yes, it sits loose in the grid.

Will it last with a heavy cat?

A heavy cat may flatten it. Think of it as a scratching toy, not a post.
